The quote didn't relate to the sketch at the time of pen-to-paper, but is relevant in a larger sense. I caught a news report during fire season 2002, where a boy scout camp was obliterated. Being a Webelo level Boy Scout myself, I felt for my brothers. Another made-up project on a made-up site.
